Kiebler Properties, LLC and Apollo Property Management are located in Chardon, Ohio. HIs firms have developed over 2,000 multifamily residential units from Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania to Clearwater, Florida.

Paul Kiebler was 16 when he bought his first house and became a real estate appraiser after graduating from The Ohio State University in 1992 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. After working as an appraiser, Paul founded Kiebler Properties in 2001 which focuses on real estate development.

Siince 2000, Paul Kiebler's real estate development and property management businesses have completed more than $250 million of development. Paul has developed various projects including Ventana Hills Apartments, Ridgebrook of Concord, Berkley Manor Apartments, Gateway Crossing Apartments, Foxmoor, The Village of Sewickley Hills, Woodcreek Farms Apartments, and Slippery Rock Student Housing/The Ivy Apartments.
